Nobody knows better than Jenny what it's like to escape.
Read about the captivating life of an Appalachian girl who set out to break a generational curse.
Join Jenny as she opens up her beautiful, yet dark world of country living in Eastern Kentucky and all of the things that come with poverty, addiction, and a generational curse.
Run, girls is evocative and inspiring, and will leave you feeling that you too could conquer the world.
I have waited 30 years to open the window and air out the obstacles that I overcame. I never let them define or prevent me from living my dream. As a student, elementary teachers wrote notes to my mom. "Jenny daydreams often," but I say if you stop dreaming, you stop living. I've always dreamed of finishing this memoir, and when I knew how it ended, I finally did. On August 6, 2024, whether I am alive to turn 50 on that day or not, this book will be published for the inspiration, entertainment or just plain amusement for my readers.
